923 Executive Orders in 40 Months

During my lifetime, All Presidents have issued Executive Orders, for reasons that vary, some more than others.

When a President issued as many as 30 Ex. Orders during a term in Office, people thought there was something Amiss.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT 923 EX. ORDERS IN ONE PART OF ONE TERM??? YES, THERE IS A REASON. IT IS THAT THE PRESIDENT IS DETERMINED TO TAKE CONTROL AWAY FROM THE HOUSE AND THE SENATE.

Even some Democrats in the House have turned on him, plus a very small number of Democrat Senators question him.

THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION: Obama has signed 923 Executive Orders in 40 months!

What did Congress do in those 40 months? (The House - considerable. The Senate -nothing, not even a budget nor allowing any House bill to be considered.) A whole new order must prevail in Wash. DC as a result of this next election! Now look at these:

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the registration of all persons. Postmaster General to operate a national registration

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to
take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

-EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

Feel free to verify the "executive orders" at will... and these are just the major ones I'm sure you've all heard the tale of the "Frog in the Pot"... you all comfortable???

Watch Obama's actions, not his words! By his actions he will show you where America is headed. Sounds to me like he is superceeding the Constitution of the USA! But, yet I did not find any provision in the US Constitution for such Executive Orders.

Just this week, Obama has issued a new executive order that seeks to "harmonize" U.S. economic regulations with the rest of the world. This new executive order is yet another incremental step that is pushing us closer to a North American Union and a one world economic system.

Unfortunately, most Americans have absolutely no idea what is happening. The American people need to understand that Barack Obama is constantly looking for ways to integrate the United States more deeply with the rest of the world. The globalization of the world economy has accelerated under Obama, and this latest executive order represents a fundamental change in U.S. economic policy.

Now federal regulators will be required to "harmonize" their work with the international community.

9) Only in America could the government collect more tax dollars from the people than any nation in recorded history, still spend a trillion dollars more than it has per year for total spending of $7 million PER MINUTE, and complain that it doesn't have nearly enough money.


10) Only in America could the most productive people who pay 86% of all income taxes be accused of not paying their fair share by people who don't pay any income taxes at all.

My name is d'Lynn. I'm a disabled Vietnam vet. I don't look too bad for a beat-up old fart, do I? And that's my ride. She's looking pretty good also, especially when you consider that she'll turn twenty this summer. That's right, it's a 1990 with a 1990 sidecar. I can't ride a solo bike, ergo the sidecar rig. It's my sole means of transportation - rain or shine, snow or wind, and this summer also marks a milestone in both of our lives, as I will finally be able to pay her off. Twenty years old? What? Why did it take so long? You weren't paying attention, were you? It's right at the beginning of this paragraph.

I am a disabled vet, which means I receive a veterans administration disability pension, which also means "I'm broke!" Just one step ahead of being homeless every month, and that's not an idle statement or an "Oh, woe is me" dire complaint. There's a point to this, so hang in there a minute or two and read on.

There's a 25-year-old illegal immigrant woman living in Florida , with eight kids. Yes, eight "anchor babies" and she receives just shy of $1,500 per month per kid, plus medical, plus food stamps.

Oh, wait. I've been informed that I shouldn't call them Food Stamps anymore. That's not PC. It's all called "Social Assistance"  now. You do the math on that yourself. I'd say that she was schooled early in how to make it in the system. Twenty-five years old, eight kids. . . . . yep, she started early.

You can whip out the calculator if you want, but this woman, who never has paid a dime in taxes of any kind, (and still doesn't she's 'illegal,' remember?) is here in this country illegally. She hasn't paid out one cent in medical for all the "anchor babies" makes more in one month, legally, than I receive in over a year and a half in disability payments and I can't even get food stamps! Oops, I mean "Social Assistance."

Technically I am eligible for"Social Assistance." I was told it would be a walk through “a gimme" being disabled. No problem, and in the very next breath I was also informed that under the law the amount I received in "Social Assistance" would be deducted from my disability pension.

Let's say I take a great photograph. It was just luck, a one of a kind accident, in the right place at the right time shot. My local newspaper offers me fifty bucks to use the photo in a featured story. (I live in a small town and fifty bucks is all they could afford.) I have to report that fifty dollars to the VA as earned income, which will immediately be deducted from my next month's disability check. If I don't report it I'm in violation of federal law and technically they can stop my disability pension and prosecute me under a federal felony. Pretty cool, eh? For fifty bucks.

I see no point in dealing with two federal bureaucracies, so I don't bother. What's the point?

She's here illegally and with just one kid would make over twice what I receive per month. She has eight and she's not a stand-out case. She's not alone. That's the way the system works. Millions of illegal immigrants know this, know how the system works and know how to use it. (Haven't you seen the pamphlet? It's handed out all along our borders, "The Illegal Immigrants' Guide to Keeping America Just The Way It Is.") and that's just the way it works.

Did you know that the federal government provides a refugee in this country with a monthly stipend of $1,890, plus $580 a month in "Social Assistance?" That's $2,470 a month, tax-free. That's two and a half times what 'm allowed to receive as a disabled vet. And just what did they do to earn this? All you have to do is show up on our collective doorstep, raise your right hand and swear that you're a refugee and, bingo, receive $30,000 a year, tax-free. That's more than someone making $15 an hour, and they have to pay taxes to boot!

Now, in defense of the Veterans Administration, they are doing what they can with what they've got. This is precious little compared to what they should have to get the job done. At least this country has a VA.

It's the Senate that keeps passing laws, rules and guidelines, cutting their budget, denying requests for more staff and computer systems to handle the massive work flow. Their hands are tied by the very government that's supposed to give them what they need to get the job done, by the government you voted into office. Don't scream at the VA. I have. It's misguided anger.

The point to this story? Just why are you paying such high taxes to support this incredibly screwed-up government? Why? And I'm not proposing you stop paying your taxes. That's wrong. There are good programs and reasons to pay your taxes and support our government.

What am I proposing? It's quite simple. Vote.

The government, our government, is broken and we as the voters serve as the maintenance crew. We fix it . . . . . by voting. If your state Senator has been in office more than two terms, vote 'em out at the next election. If your state representative has been in office more than two terms, vote 'em out of office. We put term limits on just about every publicly-elected official in the country except the House and Senate.

Why? Believe me, they know this and love it! Ahhh - the power!

I don't care how much you believe your Senator or Representative is doing a good job. They're not! Look at the government you have....that we have. How can you state they are doing what you want as the voter that put them there? How?

Vote them out of office. Do it.

Change the course of this country's history by what you are granted and guaranteed under the law. Vote! And if you have the guts, the anger, the outrage, start a petition in your state for a state-wide initiative to be placed on your next state ballot. Limiting the terms of office for your state senators and state representatives to your federal government to two terms.

The federal government will never pass such a law, but you can. You can get it done. You can force it. You can make it a law.

This is the first step in “getting it right.” Just vote. It's simple. It's easy, ! This first step will send a very clear message. It’ll work. It’ill put “us” back in control of “them.” As it should be. As it was intended in the first place.

Are you an American? Born and raised? Then vote!

Side note: I sent this e-mail to a little over one hundred on my e-mail list. If you believe I’m wrong or misguided or you simply don't agree, that's fine. Go right ahead and delete this e-mail. Our Constitutional Republic died a peaceful death on November 6, 2012. Having reached the point of no return in a comatose state after years of progressive and illegal immigration assaults, the fabric of conservative society is now completely unraveled and Uncle Sam’s America is no more.

The United States of America is now relegated to the dust bin of history as a “has been” empire. The Shining City on the Hill, the hope of so many millions since July 4, 1776, no longer exists. What rises from the ashes is a country that few of us will recognize, like, or learn to accept submissively.

After 236 years of existence, a new country emerges today, run by secular progressives who rejected our Constitution, what we stand for, and who we are as a nation. The Supreme Court will be forever altered after its last conservative members will be replaced by the liberal academics who call themselves “progressives.” The rule of law will be implemented by Executive Orders, making Congress irrelevant.

The communist motto “Forward” that resonated with so many ignorant Americans will plunge us into many years of darkness from which we will never be able to recover. We have proven our Founding Fathers right, they did give us a Constitutional Republic and we were unable to maintain it.

The forces of the failed communist fundamental transformation that were driven underground in many places around the world, resurfaced with a vengeance in the United States and have now taken over.

How long we will still have freedom of speech, movement, assembly, and control of our private property remains to be seen. Faith and churches will be driven underground; allowing secularism to prosper and take deep roots among the progressives whose God is Mother Earth.

The welfare-dependent Americans, unions, and illegal aliens have chosen for the rest of us the dark path of serfdom to big government and to socialist utopia.

Who would have guessed that the very people who were complaining that the government is not extricating them from disaster or giving them the help they needed in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, would vote for the very politicians who turned their backs on needy Americans after the lights went dark when the political photo opportunities ended?

Who would have guessed that Americans were as ignorant and irresponsible as to choose fiscal destruction over fiscal sanity for their children and grandchildren, secularism and communism over faith, dependence over personal responsibility and self-reliance?

Americans have been protesting for the last four years the dismal state of the economy and the direction of our country, the corruption of our politicians, and the loss of personal and economic freedom.

Rallies in support of conservatism overwhelmed venues for Mitt Romney while rallies for our bumbling President became scarcer and scarcer. Yet, miraculously, at the ballot box, our President won all over the country.

We lost seats in the Senate. Americans chose liars and cheats to be their Senators and Representatives, rejecting those who protected the Constitution. The candidate from Massachusetts who claimed direct American Indian lineage to Pocahontas is now a Senator, having defeated Scott Brown. Representative Allen West lost his seat by a narrow margin to the infamous Wasserman Schultz from Florida.

Americans chose high unemployment, reduction of our military, communist indoctrination of their children, and loss of personal freedoms unlike we have never seen before in this country.

I am saddened by the loss of millions and millions of American soldiers who have died to preserve freedom yet we lost it on November 6, 2012. Those buried in cemeteries around the world and at Arlington must be rolling in their graves today. We shamelessly allowed their sacrifice of blood and treasure to go in vain. We have no honor because we let down all the soldiers who fought in recent times and returned home limbless with lives shattered from physical and mental wounds of war.

I mourn today the loss of my adopted country. I have fought hard over the last four years to prevent its overt and accelerated destruction but the darker forces stronger than many of us have overcome concerted efforts by millions of Americans to maintain the Republic. Mediocrity, sloth, godlessness, dependence, cowardice, using the law selectively or ignoring it, and hopeless corruption will define the new country. Only God can save us now with his mercy and grace.

Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way that you can quickly understand them. This quote came from the Czech Republic . Someone over there has it figured out. It was translated into English from an article in the Prague newspaper, Prager Zeitungon.

The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their President.

ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES

Please read this. It's long, but tells it like it is.


I do not know who wrote this but I concur... 100% All my friends, I had more faith in the American people than I should have. I always believed no matter what we were told, we would feel that something was wrong and we would correct it. We did in 2010 and in the Wisconsin recall. But, apparently we reached the tipping point yesterday. We now have more takers than makers. More uninterested, more uninvolved, more ignorant, more clueless citizens than I thought. Yesterday as a nation, we lost our moral compass. In Florida they voted out Allen West and voted in Alan Grayson. For President we had the choice between one of the most moral, ethical, men in the country, who knows how to fix the economy and a man who admires Saul Alinsky, the Muslim Brotherhood and wants to redistribute our wealth…..and we chose the latter. Yesterday we sold our freedom for free birth control and an Obamaphone. Yesterday, a little over half the voters (those who bothered to vote) re-elected a man who sat in the situation room and watched an attack on our Consulate in Benghazi and refused to send troops to save our Ambassador. Please don't insult my intelligence or yours by suggesting we don't have the technology to watch in real time what is going on any place in the world. Have you forgotten the picture of Obama, Hillary and others in the situation room watching the Seals take down Bin Laden? We have satellites that can read the license plate on a car, we have drones that can target one person, we have closed circuit TV, video conferencing, cell phones, satellite phones, etc. Too many e-mails to sift through? Are you serious? Do you really think our Commanders in the area don't have direct contact with the Pentagon and White House? The lies coming from this administration about Benghazi are staggering....and our media is complicit. Yesterday, you re-elected man who has proceeded over the 40% decline in America's wealth, our credit rating being down graded TWICE, 8% unemployment for 4 years, black unemployment over 16%, gas prices over $4 (he said he was only concerned about how fast it rose, not that it rose), added 18 million to food stamps, and still blames Bush. People voted to re-elect a man who is shutting down 48% of our energy. When gas is $10 a gallon and you can't afford to heat or cool your home remember he told you what he was going to do. He said, "My energy policy will necessarily cause prices to skyrocket". If you delude yourself that he is shutting down coal plants and not allowing America to drill our own oil to "save the planet", than explain why he gave OUR money to Mexico, Brazil & other South American countries for them to drill in the Golf and off our shores and told them we'd be their first customer? He TOLD you he thinks we use too much energy. This is a President who demonized success and rewards failure. He encouraged class warfare and you didn't object. He ignored the Constitution and you didn't object. He asked the UN not Congress for permission to send troops to Syria. Congress voted down the Dream Act and passed DOMA. Obama passed the Dream Act and refuses to enforce DOMA. He has NO authority to do that. The Constitution does NOT give the President the authority to pass laws (only Congress can) or ignore laws Congress passed. So, apparently most of you don't care about upholding the Constitution. When a woman asked Benjamin Franklin what kind of government we were going to have he said, "A Republic, if you can keep it"……..when the takers out vote the makers, we can't keep it. You re-elected a man who met with Catholic Cardinals to gain their support for passing ObamaCare and promised them the Church would get a religious exemption but after they helped him pass it, he told them religious exemption was off the table. He lied to the Catholic Church to get what he wanted. This is an assault on the first amendment and what this country was founded on. That's the kind of man you re-elected. Valerie Jarrett, Obama's right hand, said last week that after the election it would be "pay back time" and they won't forget their enemies. I expect this administration to do everything they can do to silence the Conservative voice on radio and television. God, help us. This morning a woman who immigrated from Russia 18 years ago called Glenn Beck and said she came here for freedom and was now afraid. She said she recognizes Communists when she sees them and this administration is full of them. For those of you who question that, "Progressive" is another word for "Communist". Hillary Clinton proudly admits to being a "Progressive" and there are 78 "Progressives" in the Congressional Progressive Caucus. You re-elected man who was endorsed by the Communist party. Obama will be appointing at least two Supreme Court Judges. We can kiss the first and second Amendments goodbye. The consequences of this election are going to be far reaching, fundamentally transforming and probably irreversible. We will be living through the decline of America. The economy will NOT get better. More businesses will close or move out of the country. ObamaCare now has no chance of being repealed. It is already causing many businesses to make all their employees part time to avoid providing insurance. Sadly, when it is fully implemented you will regret it but it will be too late. There will be long waits to see doctors and rationed care. Seniors who voted for Obama were sadly misinformed. Seniors will be the ones most adversely effected by ObamaCare. Obama said Republicans wanted to take away your Medicare (not true) and you believed it, but it was Obama who cut $716 billion out of Medicare and it happens now. The government will now have access to ALL your medical AND financial records. I can't see how they could use that information against you, do you? Obama and the UN have been waiting for this day. There are numerous UN Treaties that have been rejected in the past but will be brought back now. Law of the Sea, Rights of the Child, Small Arms Treaty and good old Agenda 21. All of them relinquish our sovereignty to the UN. Before yesterday I would have been confident we could stop them, now I doubt we can. I couldn't sleep last night. I have prayed so hard and worked so hard the last four years. This country was founded on religious freedom and values. Our Bill of Rights guarantees our rights come from God, not man. I asked God, why? I believe he is on the side of the faithful. As a country, we have turned away from God. One of the Communist goals was to mock, marginalize and scorn religious faith. They have done a good job. While Obama defends Muslims religious expression, he restricts Christian expression. Obama had to be careful in his first term not to move too fast so he could be re-elected. Much of what he did doesn't go into effect until 2013. In his second term he will have no restrictions. I still believe God will guide the faithful. There is a saying, "there are no atheists in fox holes". We will figuratively be in fox holes the next four years. Maybe that's what the clueless need for a come to Jesus moment. I fear for this country. Obama said he would have more flexibility this time (not according to the Constitution, but then too many of you don't care). I blame this on our education system and the mainstream media for the ignorance of the public. They have protected and lied for this President. I fear for my children's and grandchildren's future. They certainly won't have the freedom I enjoyed. I will keep fighting to preserve our Constitution, fiscal responsibility and limited government. I still believe in self determination and personal responsibility. John Adams said, "Liberty, once lost, can never be restored. I pray that's not true because we lost our Liberty yesterday.

Someone has put into words what I believe to be true about the current state of our national life. As one who has always been proud to be an American I now feel embarrassment that my homeland, once the shining hope of so many, is now reduced to the land of what's in it for me!I I remember so many glorious achievements from the past. The moon landing for example, Reagan saying "Tear down this wall" and it came down--22 years ago. I remember refugees from Hungary coming here in 1956 and making a new life here in America, more coming from the wreckage of Vietnam and being welcomed here. We have always welcomed 'your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free', but they came in the front door not through a broken lock like thieves in the night. My own grandmother came here from Finland in 1900 and made a good life with my grandfather. All of these did it through hard work and sacrifice, not through government 'programs' that made them slaves of the system. My grandparents would be horrified to see what we have become, a nation fixated on celebrities rather than true heroes, focused on trivialities instead of truth. My Yankee ancestors were used to their pastors telling them what they needed to change , both personally as well as politically and they were not afraid to be unpopular, they were in good company--Jesus, God's Son, wasn't popular with the authorities of His day either. I do see, on a local level, many who still embody the American ideals, but our government does not share in that at all.The bible warns us what will happen in the last days. No one knows exactly when God will say 'enough!.' We are told to be a witness until then. I believe we can work to proclaim the authority of God in an appropriate way. I believe that this land was founded on God's principles--see the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for yourself. It is our right, our privilege and our duty, to work toward bringing us back to a land of responsibility not handouts, respect for others, true caring for the helpless--children, the elderly, those who are physically or mentally unable to care for themselves. It is time to expect more from the rest of us. All should contribute what they can. We need to restore pride, the pride that comes from a job well done, not waiting for 'someone else' to do it. If you see it needs doing and you can, then do it. I want to feel that pride again and I think most of us want that too.

As John Kennedy said at his inauguration--January 20,1960, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what can you do for your country." You can believe in her, learn her history and restore our once great and free land to a place of true hope and freedom for all.

Dear Editor,


Initial reaction to the reelection of the current president was one of total revulsion. Surely the ears had failed, surely the American people had not decided to rehire Barack Obama.


As the truth sunk in, thoughts turned to quitting and preparations for social and economic chaos. Quit the weekly LTE, quit civic club activity, quit involvement in the community, quit trying to convince others that politicians and government are the real threats.


By sunup Wednesday, quitting was not an option. A feeling of calm replaced the angst. The certainty of surviving the pain and suffering that lies ahead gushed forth with the assurance that everything will be ok. Wisdom will arise out of adversity. Now is the time to go to work.


The work is an uphill struggle for sure but work we must. The paradigm of the American Dream and trust in God has been replaced by trust in government and dependence on politicians.


6 November 2012, Americans had a choice between America, the land of the free or America, the land of the free stuff. Voters chose the free stuff. The high cost of free stuff is about to become evident to everyone.


Some of the blame for this paradigm shift lies with the people themselves for believing that politicians and government handouts are substitutes for freedom and the pursuit of happiness. Freedom to be and do is being replaced by slavery and servitude to an all powerful government. Class warfare, made palatable by politicians, will be exposed for the lie that it is. Prosperity does not arise from wealth redistribution schemes.


The willingness of people to live on government handouts is nothing more than slavery: comfortable slavery for sure, but slavery none the less. With food, healthcare, housing, even cell phones given to them, they are content to live out their lives believing that the haves are being punished for their greed.


This sorry situation is the result of efforts by politicians to create dependence on them. Politicians have long ago abandoned eternal truth in favor of winning the next election. Politicians have a special place in hell reserved for what they have done to morality and common decency.


Government did not create America. God did. So long as we relied upon God, America prospered. Those days are over. God lets us live with our choices. Many will come to regret the choices made 6 November.


The choice of government over God will ultimately create the return to a reliance on He who created us. Only God can heal our land. That healing will come. Much suffering lies between now and the healing, Prepare for terrible times but at the same time, know that God is still in control of that which He ordained. He will not let us down. He will never say, “I told you so.” He will, when enough of us ask, heal our land.
